1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

3. Shipping Costs: Free Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery, Paid 24hr Royal Mail Delivery.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within the UK generally takes 1-3 working days. Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed.

6. International Shipping:  international shipping rates are fixed for CD and Vinyl items. Under 2kg, see below.

7. Royal Mail Tracked International Delivery: Fixed Price for CD's: £10 & Fixed Price for Vinyl: £20

8. Missing or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is missing or delayed, please contact our customer support at info@RampantRecords.co.uk. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
